Albion Search is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor for a regional main contractor on a permanent basis.
The client is open to candidates at the intermediate or QS level, providing a great opportunity for career growth.
Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications, along with relevant main contracting experience.
Key responsibilities include final account settlement, cost forecasting, and subcontract variation management.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates are expected to have at least 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Albion Search are currently working with a regional main contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. The client would look at intermediate or QS level candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced business with some interesting projects across commercial, education, retail and refurbishments.

The ideal candidate would have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications, along with main contracting experience across commercial build/refurb/fit out.
