Job Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Manage project budgets and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress and any variations from the scheduled plan.
- Negotiate contracts and manage contractor performance.
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in civil engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Professional membership with recognized surveying organizations is a plus.
