We are recruiting for a dynamic client based in Yorkshire and the Humber, known for their commitment to excellence in the construction sector.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Manage project budgets and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor and report on project progress and any variations from the scheduled plan.
Negotiate contracts and manage contractor performance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in civil engineering.
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Professional membership with recognized surveying organizations is a plus.
