A dynamic and forward-thinking multidisciplinary construction consultancy with a strong UK presence is looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds office.

With projects spanning retail, industrial & logistics, commercial, residential, education, student accommodation, automotive, and roadside, this is an opportunity to gain diverse sector exposure while working alongside experienced Directors and Partners in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to provide commercially astute advice and ensuring exceptional delivery standards. This role will involve:

  • Managing both pre and post-contract duties.
  • Producing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
  • Leading on procurement and tender processes.
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Working as part of a supportive team, with opportunities to mentor junior surveyors.

This position offers a clear route to Senior Quantity Surveyor level and beyond, supported by comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • Good pre & post contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
