Quantity Surveyor

My client is currently working for Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Survyor to work on large projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Change Control Quantity Surveying Management.
• Identifying changes within specifications and contract documentation, formulation and negotiation of claims to the client. Form of Contract.
• Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering (M&E, Civil Engineering, Design and Process).
• Contract formation advice and recommendation.
• Claims management.
• Risk & Opportunity Management.

Skills and Experience Required for the Project Manager:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in M&E Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
• Relevant qualifications in the field of Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan and organise a team
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Capacity to work effectively in pressure-filled environments

The successful applicant can expect:
