In this role, you will oversee projects from feasibility through to completion, taking responsibility for contract administration, cost management, tendering, and client liaison. You will also support a small team of surveyors, playing a key role in client relationships and team development.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, experience working with JCT contracts, and a strong background delivering projects in new build or fit-out environments.

The Role:
- Oversee projects from feasibility through to completion
- Contract administration, cost management, tenders, and quotes
- Act as Employer's Agent on new build projects
- Manage and support a team of surveyors
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Hybrid working with UK-wide site travel
The Person:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Experience running projects in new build or fit-out environments
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
