An award-winning and fast-growing multidisciplinary consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving, client-driven team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a highly regarded and professional cost consultancy team, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the Defence, Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members
  • Coordinating and chairing Design Team Meetings, with a focus on cost management
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contract documentation
  • Overseeing complex and high-value projects, ensuring robust cost control throughout

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • Confident and client-facing individual
  • UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
