With a flat organisational structure and a strong focus on internal promotion, this position is ideal for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take on more responsibility, step up to Associate level, and make a real impact in a forward-thinking consultancy.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Leading and mentoring junior team members
- Coordinating and chairing Design Team Meetings, with a focus on cost management
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contract documentation
- Overseeing complex and high-value projects, ensuring robust cost control throughout
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Strong pre & post contract experience
- Confident and client-facing individual
- UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
