  • Our client, a leading global Construction Consultancy, is seeking two Senior Quantity Surveyors for contract positions due to increased workload in their Infrastructure/Civils division.
  • Candidates should have strong communication skills and a background in contract management, preferably with NEC3, as well as experience in cost management and valuation.
  • A good understanding of risk management, procurement, estimating, and reporting is essential, along with familiarity with construction industry technical matters.
  • Experience in projects related to water, rail, or highways is highly desirable, and candidates should have a mix of contractor and consultancy experience.
  • The position falls within IR35 regulations, and the salary is competitive, with payment options available via Umbrella/PAYE.

Our client is one of the largest global Construction Consultancy's and every day they support their major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 130 countries worldwide.

Due to an increase within their Infrastructure/Civils work load they are looking for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their team on a contract basis.

Experience/Qualifications:


Previous experience or a sound and suitable understanding of the following will be a distinct advantage in applying for this role:

- Excellent communication
- Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
- Cost Management
- Valuation
- Risk Management
- Procurement
- Estimating
- Pricing
- Reporting
- Commission management
- Identifying and driving efficiencies and improvements through the project life cycle
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
- Experience working for a contractor/consultancy or a mixture.
- Previous experience gained working on projects within water/rail/highways.

This role falls inside of scope with regards to IR35 and you will be paid via an Umbrella/PAYE option.
