Diagnostic Technician

Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to 50,000 Basic (No Bonus Targets)

Hours: Monday-Friday, No Weekends

We are recruiting a Senior Diagnostic Technician to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation in Leeds. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a highly skilled, collaborative team in a busy, well-equipped workshop.

This role offers a basic salary of up to 50,000 - providing stability and reward without the pressure of bonus targets.

• Up to 50,000 basic salary

• Monday-Friday only - no weekend working

• Explain diagnostic findings to customers in a clear, professional manner

• Pass repair requirements to the relevant teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Mentor and support colleagues while sharing knowledge across the team

• Focus on diagnostics and technical issues with little to no heavy work

• Experienced Diagnostic Technician or Senior Technician

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Confident in communicating with customers

• Able to work across multiple brands (or specialise in one)

• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and developing others

• Large, well-equipped and busy workshop environment
