Are you a detail-oriented conveyancing assistant looking for a new opportunity? A well-established firm in Leeds is seeking a proactive professional to support their conveyancing team in supporting residential property transactions efficiently.

What to Expect:

  • Assist fee-earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
  • Conduct searches, request redemption statements, and liaise with the Land Registry
