Estate Agent / Lettings Agent - Estate Agency & Property Investments
The company
A fast-growing estate agency and property investment firm based in Leeds, specialising in lettings, property management, and investment opportunities. With a strong presence across the region, the business is committed to delivering excellent service to landlords, tenants, and investors alike. As part of its ambitious growth, the company is now looking to bring in an experienced Estate Agent / Lettings Agent to drive lettings, build client relationships, and support its expanding property portfolio.
The role
An Estate Agent / Lettings Agent is now required to join the team to manage lettings activity, generate new business, and support property operations. The successful candidate will be KPI-driven, confident, and motivated by building relationships and driving results.
You will take responsibility for:
* Advertising properties on Rightmove, Zoopla, and other platforms
* Following up on leads promptly and professionally
* Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors
* Negotiating tenancy agreements and closing deals
* Driving monthly sales and meeting KPI targets
* Delivering excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
* Supporting general estate agency duties including valuations, inspections, and reporting
* Networking and representing the company at local events where required
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
* Proven experience in estate agency, lettings, or property sales
* Strong sales background with the ability to hit KPIs
* Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Confidence in handling phone calls and face-to-face meetings
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
* Strong networking ability and local market knowledge
* Confidence in events and landlord engagement
* A polished and professional appearance with pride in presentation
* Ambition to progress in a fast-paced and expanding business
