Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Lettings Negotiator Role and Responsibilities:
- Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Carry out property viewings and provide feedback to landlords
- Negotiate tenancy terms and offers between landlords and tenants
- Support the progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in
- Generate new business and bring on new instructions
- Assist in maintaining and building relationships with landlords and applicants
- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the lettings process
Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Lettings Negotiator Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a lettings or property management role
- Experience within a lettings agency environment is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Proactive and driven with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of the lettings industry
- Full UK driving licence required
