Our client is based in Leeds City Centre, are well-established and pride themselves on their first-class client service. The Residential Conveyancing department focus on quality, and not on volume, allowing the department to offer the best possible service. You will lead their growing team and develop the department further.
The Role
Managing a team of 3, you will lead and mentor this team, being the point of contact for any complex queries and residential conveyancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the residential property team
- Oversee a range of residential transactions
- Ensure compliance with CQS and SRA standards
- Lead on audit and quality reviews
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior staff
About You
- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or fee earner qualified by experience with strong residential conveyancing experience
- Previous experience of mentoring or supervising fee earners is desirable, but not essential
- A commercial mindset
- Focused on delivering an excellent client service
