Catch 22 are currently recruiting for 2x Experienced Facilities& Reception Assistants for our Client; an Arts Charity organisation based in Leeds City Centre (LS1). 

Location: Leeds LS1Contract: Part Time, Temporary (potential permanent opportunity)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (you can do a few days per week, or mornings/afternoons - a lot of flexibility).Salary: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage) 

Our Client is seeking a professional, organised and friendly Facilities & Reception Assistant to support the smooth running of their buildings. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming reception for staff and visitors
  • Open/close premises and monitor building security
  • Conduct compliance and H&S checks - emergency lightings, weekly fire alarm testing etc.. 
  • Manage access control, post, room bookings and visitor coordination
  • Act as First Aider and Fire Marshal (desirable)
  • Support facilities admin and maintenance reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and work independently or in a team
  • Previous reception/facilities experience (essential)
  • Willingness to learn and support our sustainability goals
