This role will be working on a warm desk, supporting a very busy and experienced Consultant! You will be supporting by carefully resourcing experienced teaching staff and handling multiple bookings.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Resourcing and registering Teaching professionals
- Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales
- Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations
- Working with the team to fill bookings
- Supporting with candidate mailers
- Data entry/ administration
- Very proactive problem solving
What we are looking for:
- Driven, hungry and motivated individuals with a 'winning' attitude!
- Willingness to learn
- Strong written and communication skills
- Positive and 'can do' attitude
- Graduate or equivalent desirable
- Experience within a similar role or within the education sector are desirable.
- You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your field, whether it be in work, education, or sport!
