With a proven track record of success globally, we are the recruitment partner of choice to many blue chip, medium and small organisations, providing Executive Search, Management Selection and Psychometric Assessment Services to its clients.

It will be your role to win new opportunities with new clients for our Directors and Principals to attend meetings with, across each of our specialist areas. You'll be responsible for opening doors with new clients, building lasting partnerships, and growing your own portfolio of business, while also helping companies find the best talent on the market.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, and market research
  • Make outbound calls to develop opportunities in markets where Newman Stewart are not currently working
  • Book meetings for our Directors and Principals to attend
  • Develop and manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs
  • Have a clear understanding of Newman Stewart's unique selling points and effectively communicate this to prospective clients
  • Hit and exceed targets, with clear progression milestones
  • Keep clear records of your calls and their outcomes

  • A recent graduate OR up to 3 years' experience in a sales, customer service, or commercial role
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
