Salary: £26k basic, with OTE taking your package up to £40k

A typical week might look like;
- Reaching out to candidates and decision makers at clients, to generate business as well as talent pooling
- Adopting a consultative approach to connect with different personas across several markets
- Identifying growth opportunities for yourself and the business
- Learning from senior members of the team and specialising in candidate or client - your progression will lead down one of these paths
- Engage in development and coaching opportunities to expand your skill & knowledge base
You will receive customised training plans, supported by both Pareto and the company's in-house training team & coaches. Driven and tenacious individuals can expect to be managing a portfolio and negotiating contracts and orders within weeks of joining.
There is plenty of opportunity for short to medium term progression, whether that be through sales or leadership. The chance for advancement is there for those willing to drive towards it!
