Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a market leading innovative building products manufacturing company based in Leeds. Due to significant growth, they are looking to recruit a Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring a quality employee experience, as a Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor your role will include:

  • Onboarding new starters and sending out offer letters and contracts 
  • Supporting managers with recruitment and coordinating interviews 
  • Act as a first line of enquiry for new starters queries
  • Coordinate booking new starters onto inductions and training programmes 
  • Assisting with job advertisement and CV shortlisting 
  • Manage accommodation bookings and travel costs for new starters where required
