Construction has been the heart of our business from day one, you'll be supported by a team with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. This is a sale focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving new business.

- Ambitious sales professionals from any industry

And what will you be doing?
- Proactively generating new business via B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
- Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
- Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go to recruitment partner
- Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
- Source candidates through job boards and referrals
- Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
