- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.

- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

- Implement social media management strategies to attract candidates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.

Experience:

- Proven experience in recruitment any sector welcome.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
