Eden Brown Synergy has a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Social Care Division.

You would be joining a well established, and high achieving team based in Leeds, where you would be part of the growth and development plans for 2023 and beyond. You will join a warm area with a sizeable candidate base and existing client relationships, which you will be responsible for the development of.

We are looking for someone with solid recruitment experience, including business development, and with a strong skill of relationship building with candidates and clients.

Key Skills/Experience:
* 2+ years experience within Recruitment
* Social Care experience ideal but not essential
* Public Sector experience desirable
* Business Development
* Relationship building with candidates
* Relationship building with key account managers and clients
* Motivation and drive to succeed
