Initially you will report to the Yorkshire Director and be based in Leeds, if you are looking to develop you will then develop a team around you.. this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that truly cares for its staff, clients and candidates.

We seek an approachable, consultative recruitment professional with credible business development experience and the ability to connect with both potential clients and candidates quickly putting them at their ease and instilling confidence in your ability to deliver.

Duties will include:

Achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets

Arranging and attending meetings

Communicate and update with all clients and candidates, ensuring that all aspects of our service are sold, upsell, cross sell - wallet width and offering a consultative sales approach

Full Registration and compliance of candidates 

Schedule interviews

Building your perm/temp client base whilst maintaining and stretching your clients - Account Management

Ensure that all personal sales targets are achieved, including calls, registrations, visits, and revenue

Work closely with your clients to understand precisely their needs and deliver an excellent service

Maintain a positive relationship with both clients candidates and internal staff· 

Ensure all applicants are interviewed thoroughly, leaving no doubt as to what they are seeking

Actively marketing candidates to clients

Writing and advertising roles on various job boards

Maintain administration levels to company standards.

Reference check all applicants and where required
