As aSenior Construction Recruitment Consultant(or in a sales/delivery role), you will:
- Take over an existing high-performing deskorbuild your own from the ground up.

ExperienceWe want to hear from recruitment professionals who:
- Haveproven experience in a recruitment agency environment(sector open).
- Are confident managing or developing a busy, profitable desk.
- Ideally have exposure to sectors like Residential Construction, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Fit-Out & Interiors, or Specialist Trades (not essential but nice to have).
