Elevation HR are seeking a dedicated and organised Recruitment Specialist to join our client in Leeds on a temporary basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the recruitment process while working with a dynamic team in the transport and engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including managing job postings, applications, and interview scheduling
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead on engineering recruitmentÂ
- Maintain candidate databases and update records in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team
- Handle incoming queries related to recruitment and employment
