Salary: £22,000 to £26,000 + Uncapped Commission

Qualiteach Education Group is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team, working alongside our Regional Director to grow and develop a thriving office.
Your Role:
- Work closely with the Regional Director to support a high-performing team.
- Identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates in teaching and support roles.
- Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities with schools.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful placement.
- Hit targets, earn commission, and grow your career in a rewarding industry.
