This job role will require passion for delivering elevated guest experiences, driving food sales through strategic upselling, and maintaining impeccable service standards whilst ensuring the whole FOH team deliver the same standards of the guest journey. You will be instrumental in guiding and inspiring the waiting team to consistently exceed expectations, ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:Champion outstanding guest service by leading from the front and setting the standard for hospitality.
Train, coach, and develop the service team to consistently deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable service.
Implement and reinforce upselling techniques to maximise food and beverage sales.
Ensure staff have comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, pairings, and special offerings.
Lead daily briefings and regular training sessions to drive performance and product understanding.
Monitor service flow and floor operations to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Address guest concerns quickly and professionally to uphold the restaurants reputation.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Support recruitment, on-boarding, and performance management of front-of-house staff.
Uphold brand standards and ensure all team members embody our service values.
