Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for recruitment and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, research, and outbound sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Present Venatu's services to potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through the CRM system.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the recruitment sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
