Our client is a supplier of products, services, and solutions to the retail industry. They have enjoyed significant growth and are currently recruiting a Sales Account Manager.


The Sales Account Manager will be a driven, self motivated and an experienced telesales professional who is confident making outbound calls to an existing/established customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Sales Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

Proactive approach to outbound sales calls to existing/lapsed customers base.

Good Communication skills to listen, understand, sell and close deals over the phone.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Able to handle customer concerns and objections with professionalism.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction on the in-house system databases.

Generate leads through cold calling and utilising other sales techniques.

Achieve and exceed sales targets with emphasis placed on maintain and developing repeat customer business.


Sales Account Manager Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in outbound sales and closing deals with a passion for sales!

Proven track record in sales, business development and account management.

Strong communication and negotiating skills.

Thrives in fast-paced phone sales environment.

Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions.


The Sales Account Manager position is offering £26,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary OTE £36,000+ plus benefits, including 23 days holiday + statutory to the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our clients office in Leeds, working Monday Thursday 8:30am until 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm.
