Search are supporting a leading large business based in Leeds who are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join the business - this role would be suited to someone who is wanting to kick start their role within finance as the business can offer the support needed!
Job Duties:
- Processing and reconciling finance data
- Daily bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
- Cash Allocation
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Preparing and posting credit notes
- Managing the central inbox
- Posting of invoices and dealing with any discrepancies
- Assisting with Purchase Ledger
Successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Microsoft proficient
- Ability to work independently
Whats on offer:
- Salary up to 25000 per annum
- 3 days in the office 2 from home
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- EAP
- Monday to Thursday - 9 - 5 and Friday finish at 3pm
