A new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join an ever growing Finance team, with key duties overseeing weekly payment runs, supplier reconciliations and invoices to highlight a few. This permanent opportunity not far from Leeds City Centre and is salaried up to £30,000 per annum dependent in experience.

Description

As Finance Assistant reporting into the Head of Transactional Finance, you will be successfully responsible for notably Payment Runs, Supplier Reconciliations and Processing complex Invoices on a daily and weekly schedule.

Alongside this will be the opportunity to support any ad-hoc business operations, alongside reconciliations in line with the Management Accounts team.

Profile

  • Need experience of manually Processing Invoices, Weekly Payment Runs and Supplier Reconciliations.
  • Can work individually and as part of a wider team.
  • Comfortable with finance software such as SAGE or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can commit to working 5 days on site per week.
