Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a growing company in Leeds who are recruiting a Purchase Ledger to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of purchase ledgers, reporting into a Finance Manager. This is a full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
- Process supplier invoices
- Run and manage payments
- Handle supplier queries
- Manage intercompany charges
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Update and reconcile cost trackers
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support month-end closing
- Assist with audits
- Help with filing, post, and forwarding queries
Skills required
- Purchase ledger experience
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
- High-volume transactions experience
- Experience of Microsoft Office, outlook, word and excel
- Experience of using Sage Intacct (desirable)
