Veritas Education are on the look out for experienced cover supervisors to become part of the team. There are positions available long term and on the day to day cover. Market leading rates are available for the right candidates. We need punctual and driven Cover Supervisors that can take the lead in the classroom and make an impact on our workforce partner schools.

The Role:

You will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and follow pre-set work. No planning or marking is required, but strong behaviour management is key.

Key Duties Include:

  • Delivering prepared lessons to students in KS3 and KS4

  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment

  • Providing feedback to teaching staff on student engagement

  • Following safeguarding and school policies

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with young people (e.g. youth work, coaching, tutoring, or school settings)

  • Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills

  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently

  • A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
