Veritas Education is working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Leeds to recruit a passionate History Teacher for a September 2025 start. This is a full-time role teaching Key Stage 3 and 4, with the potential for KS5.
We're looking for an energetic and dedicated teacher who can engage students and bring the past to life in the classroom. The successful candidate will join a supportive Humanities department in a school committed to academic excellence and student development.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality History lessons

Support students across KS3 and KS4

Assess and track progress effectively

Contribute to the wider school community
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT with a History specialism

Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
