Music & Drama Teacher

Veritas Education is seeking a passionate and dynamic Music and Drama Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Kirklees starting in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire creativity and performance across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Deliver engaging Music and Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum

• Inspire students through practical and theoretical activities

• Support extra-curricular programs including school productions, concerts, and clubs

• Assess, track, and report on student progress

• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Specialism in Music and/or Drama with the ability to teach both subjects

• Strong classroom management skills

• Passionate about promoting the performing arts

• Enthusiastic, innovative, and committed to student development

• Supportive and experienced leadership team

• Well-equipped facilities including dedicated music and drama spaces

• A culture that encourages creativity, expression, and individual achievement
