In this varied role, you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquires over the phone, identifying equipment and coordinating engineers to jobs. This is a Monday to Friday role, you will be required to be based in the office.
This would suit someone from a customer service background experienced within Sage, looking for an exciting new role with a leading business offering further training and development.
The Role:
- Answering customer enquiries over the phone.
- Coordinating engineers to jobs.
- Monday to Friday, office based.
The Person:
- Experience in a Service coordinator or similar role.
- Familiar with Sage.
- Commutable to Leeds.
