Key Responsibilities -
- Main contact for service and maintenance bookings, scheduling engineers, and handling customer queries.
- Manage engineer diaries, reports, timesheets, and expenses.
- Order equipment, raise purchase orders, and process subcontractor works.
- Maintain accurate customer and job records.
- Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
- Assist with calls, coordination, and general office tasks.
Personal Requirements -
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Good organisational and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage workload independently.
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
Salary -26k - 32k depending on experience
