One of my prestige Retail clients is looking for Customer Service professionals to join their very busy and fun teams in Guiseley, North Leeds.

Located close to bus and train links for access from Bradford and Leeds surrounding areas. – excellent salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, modern open offices, fun days, bake offs, super environment and support.

You could have experience working within a busy customer service department , retail or contact centre as long as you are confident and love customer service, training is offered to develop you in your new career, you will be first point of contact with customers.

Your customer service skills are key for this role, you will enjoy delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to all existing customers, have a professional and personable manner, have the ability to engage with customers, my client will encourage you to identify the customers specific requirements.

The role is a mix of inbound customer enquires, email correspondence regarding customer accounts and data management processes.

You may be involved with complex customer enquires regarding their accounts, advise with the next stage process and update any compliant administration.

Full training will be given and you have the opportunity to observe the other team members with questions and answers of the service, to understand your customer requests and have the confidence to provide the right solution for customers.
