Job Title: Duct Fitter – Kitchen Ventilation
Location: Leeds (with Nationwide Travel)
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking a skilled Duct Fitter with experience in kitchen ventilation systems to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Leeds and comfortable with nationwide travel, including occasional overnight stays.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a range of commercial ventilation projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of ductwork systems, primarily within commercial kitchens
- Fitting kitchen canopies (preferred but not essential)
- Ensuring installations are completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations
- Working on-site at various project locations nationwide
- Communicating effectively with team members and site contacts
- Having a mate is desirable (Duct mate will also be employed).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Duct Fitter, ideally with kitchen ventilation systems
- Ability to read and interpret installation drawings
- Comfortable with nationwide travel and lodging away from home when required
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
- CSCS card (valid and in date)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
