We are currently recruiting for a Children's Home Manager for a new children's home based in Leeds.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday.
The package on offer is top end market rate of up to 72,000.
Duties of the Children's Home Registered Manager include:
You will manage the 4 bedded, LD residential home efficiently, ensuring the effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified within the role of Residential Manager, you will participate in an on-call rota to ensure effective management across services on a 24/7 basis.
- Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
- Build and develop staff team
- Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
- Manage staff team within the service
- Manage recruitment and staffing
- Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
- Manage quality assurance
- Manage budget
Package:
- A competitive salary of up to 60,000
- + 5,000 in welcome bonuses
- + up to 10% performance bonuses
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Completed Level 5 Residential Childcare
- Experience within an EBD Setting
- QCF 3 in Children and young people's workforce (children's social care pathway) or equivalent.
