Divisional Sales Manager (Healthcare / Elderly Care) – North Region (Field Based)

Are you an experienced Divisional Sales Manager, Sales Development Manager or Healthcare Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple care homes? Do you have thorough knowledge of the elderly care sector and experience working for large nursing home providers or care home brands? About the Role

As a Divisional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and embedding the sales strategy across circa 50 nursing and residential care homes in the North of England. This is a field-based role with travel, overseeing a wide regional portfolio and ensuring homes meet occupancy, fee, and revenue growth targets.

You will:

Develop and deliver annual and quarterly sales plans across 50 homes throughout the North.

Provide hands-on support to new openings and underperforming sites.

Coach, mentor and hold Customer Relations Managers and Home Managers accountable for enquiry generation, conversion, and achieving revenue targets.

Lead on reporting and analysis of sales activity, providing clear insights and action plans.

Drive adoption of CRM systems to track enquiries and improve conversion rates.

Ensure homes deliver against agreed sales processes and uphold elderly care brand standards.

About You

To succeed as a Divisional Sales Manager, you will bring:

Proven success in delivering commercial sales growth within a large multi-site nursing home provider or care home brand.

Thorough knowledge of the elderly care sector, including CQC requirements and customer decision-making journeys.

Strong commercial acumen with both strategic and hands-on sales expertise.

People leadership skills with experience training, coaching, and holding managers accountable.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).

Desirable: Experience in sales training delivery, supporting new build care homes, or working with occupancy-challenged markets.
