Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Nights)
Location: Leeds
Hours: 39.37/week | Shifts: 7:45pm - 7:45am (2-week rolling rota)
Salary: 28,354.27/year (13.85/hr) + overtime (15.35/hr) + 35/week on-call
Shift pattern:
- Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri
Brand-new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Nights), you'll provide consistent, person-centred care, supervise support staff, and help shape a safe, recovery-focused environment.
Your Role
- Lead and support night staff
- Deliver high-quality personal and mental health care
- Administer medication, manage records
- Support new staff and act as shift lead
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
What You Need
- Experience in mental health care
- Understanding of care plans & risk assessments
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- A passion for recovery and inclusion
