Working with a fantastic company with offices in North Leeds, this team are looking for an experienced Administrator who is available immediately who can support this busy payroll function for a long-term role. This hybrid role will see the successful candidate working Tuesday- Thursday in the offices and then Monday and Fridays can be remote based. Supporting a small team with the processing of monthly payroll, managing all changes and processing pensions and benefits. The successful Administrator will be an outstanding team player, have excellent MS Office skills and be able to pick up on new systems. Day to day responsibilities will include;
- Monitoring the Payroll mailbox inbox
- Updating holiday spreadsheet
- Checking existing holiday purchases in payroll
- Inputting new holiday purchases into payroll
- Checking input of new starters and leavers
- Checking all amends into payroll
- Processing change of address and bank details into payroll system
- Support ad hoc requests and reports
