A well established independent fostering agency are looking for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their growing team in Leeds.

The caseload for this position is low with 6 being expected meaning you will have more time to focus on each case and with the hybrid working options for this position also with only 2 days in the office required also, you'll be getting a better work life balance and who doesn't want that !

In this position you will be expected to provide an effective advisory role to staff and foster carers with respect to complex assessments and to provide effective, support, supervision and management of approved foster carers.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced fostering social worker so please feel free to apply away!

Requirements:

• Relevant Social Work registration and Relevant Social Work Qualification
• Previous experience as a Social Worker within fostering
• Must own a car and drive
