A confident leader, ready to supervise staff and drive positive change
Self-aware and reflective, able to recognise your impact on others
Adaptable, with the flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Essential experience & skills:
Previous experience in a residential childcare setting
Ability to support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs
Supervisory experience and a passion for mentoring others
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or willingness to complete - we'll fund it!)
Understanding of child development, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
What We Offer You
Competitive salary + secure allowance & enhancements for sleep-ins/weekends
Generous annual leave + bank holidays
Fully funded qualifications and training
Clear career progression into senior roles and management
Ongoing personal and professional development
The chance to make a real difference, every single day
