Application Analyst Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert and super user across key business applications including Contract Express, iManage Work, and Intapp products
Own application lifecycle management including upgrades, enhancements, change requests and documentation
Coordinate and implement system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Collaborate with internal teams and third party vendors to manage configuration, updates and integration of tools
Create and maintain user friendly documentation, training materials and process maps
Support business users, troubleshoot issues and act as the point of contact for escalations
Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements
Contribute to project delivery, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders across departments
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively within a distributed team
Application Analyst Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Contract Express, iManage, and Intapp platforms is essential
Strong understanding of application workflows, user support, and business process improvement
Excellent documentation skills and experience managing release and change control processes
Confident working across front-to-back application usage rather than core code or development support
Experience engaging stakeholders, managing vendors and delivering clear communication between technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with Agile working practices and collaboration across global teams
Background in legal, financial or professional services environments is essential
