The CompanyWe're supporting a UK-wide retail and hospitality business scaling their in-house CRM capability. The brand is investing heavily in its data and CRM infrastructure, aiming to build high-performing campaigns that are accurate, responsive, and customer-focused.
The RoleThis role is perfect for someone passionate about the deployment side of CRM campaigns. You'll join a centralised CRM team, taking ownership of campaign deployment, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, at pace, and in alignment with data regulations and segmentation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain CRM campaigns using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Liquid.- Ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and meet regional or business segmentation requirements.- Work closely with wider CRM, marketing, and analytics teams.- Troubleshoot and ensure correct data flows across systems.- Collaborate with agency partners where necessary.
Skills & ExperienceEssential:- Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding skills.- Experience deploying CRM campaigns.- Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or Bloomreach.- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.Desirable:- Exposure to Liquid coding (Braze specific).- Background in retail or marketing agency environments.- Understanding of campaign data flows and logic-based segmentation.
