We are urgently seeking an experienced OpenSearch Developer to join an exciting in-flight project. You must be able to demonstrate experience developing high performance legacy systems and have full lifecycle experience to participate in analysis, design and implentation activities.
Soft skills are essential as you will be liaising with end client technical and Product SMEs to agree on system features. You should be able to work independently within a team structure, utilising team resources. The role will focus on back-end implementation of new features and questions sets as well support of wider deliverables and architectural improvements to the existing service.
You should have strong Python & OpenSearch skills, coupled with wider experience with AWS, Terraform and Unix or other similar systems. Consideration will be given to strong Python Developers willing to upskill on the OpenSearch technology.
The role will be based in Leeds and will require two days attendance on-site. Consideration may be given to candidates who can attend two days per week in Brimingham or Central London offices and make two trips per month to Leeds. The role will fall Inside IR35 and all candidates must be eligible for fresh BPSS checks and UK Government SC Clearances.
