A new opportunity is available for a multi-skilled technician / tradesperson to operate across the Yorkshire region within the aftercare team for a leading main contractor.

The role will play a vital role in ensuring projects are successfully closed out and clients remain satisfied long after project handover. You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving post-handover issues on-site, carrying out remedial works where possible, and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

This will be across a range of project types including Education, healthcare facilities, heritage projects and commercial buildings, providing you with plenty of variation.

To be considered for the role you should fit the following criteria;

  • Have the ability to undertake minor works directly where practical, liaise with construction teams and sub-contractors to arrange larger or specialist works.
  • Be comfortable in assessing reported defects and decide appropriate remedial actions.
  • Hold construction-relevant trade or technical qualification
  • Hold valid construction certification including, CSCS Card, SSSTS (Desirable), PASMA / IPAF (Desirable)
  • Have a full UK Full Driving Licence.
  • IT literate and comfortable using laptop, tablet, phone and relevant software, so as to accurately log all work undertaken and maintain records for sign off.
