Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in their learning and development.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt and deliver lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
