We are currently working with an Academy Trust who is looking to recruit multiple full-time/Part-time SEN Teaching Assistant's to support their pupils with additional needs as well as support all children in the classroom with their learning and development. The needs of the children vary between Autism, ADHD, Global delay, Speech and Language, Physical disabilities and other SEMH needs and therefore experience with working with either one or multiple individuals with these needs is required. This experience can be from either working within Education sector or the Care sector.

We're seeking a candidate who is passionate about making a difference to pupils lives who have additional needs and have the experience / knowledge to support these pupils and working in a classroom environment.

The role of a Teaching Assistant in this school will be to:

  • Support pupils in both an indoor and outside classroom setting on a day to day basis.
  • Working with multiple pupils and supporting students with 1-2-1 support and interventions
  • Supporting and managing the behaviour of the students
