NextGen Teacher are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN provision based in Leeds. The school are looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Foundation Pathway Leader to join their dedicated team. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with a deep understanding of early developmental needs and a commitment to inclusive education.

The Role:As Foundation Pathway Leader, you will lead a team of teachers and support staff delivering a highly personalised curriculum for pupils working at early developmental stages. You will work closely with the leadership team, therapists, and families to ensure high-quality provision that enables every child to thrive.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Significant experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly those with complex needs or PMLD/SLD
  • A strong understanding of child development and EYFS/informal and Semi-Formal curriculum approaches
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
  • A nurturing, flexible, and solution-focused mindset
  • The right to work in the UK
